These Terms & Conditions govern your use of accessquest.life and your engagement of landscape design and construction services provided by Accessquest Pty Ltd ("Accessquest", "we", "us"). By using this website or accepting a quotation, you agree to these terms.

Use of this website

The content of this website is provided for general information about our services. While we take care to keep it accurate, we make no warranty that all information is complete or current, and guide prices shown are indicative only. You must not misuse this site, attempt unauthorised access, or use its content for any unlawful purpose.

Quotations and contracts

  • Written quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
  • A contract is formed when you accept a quotation in writing and pay the initial deposit, which will not exceed 20% of the contract value.
  • Any change to the agreed scope is documented in a written variation and priced before work proceeds.
  • Progress payments follow the staged schedule set out in your contract.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the site, accurate information about boundaries, services and underground utilities, and any approvals required from owners' corporations or landlords before work begins. Delays caused by withheld access, information or approvals may extend the project timeline.

Warranties

  • We provide a 5-year workmanship warranty on constructed elements such as paving, retaining, decking and structures.
  • Planting is covered by a 12-month establishment guarantee where our recommended maintenance plan is followed.
  • Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, third parties, extreme weather events or failure to follow the provided care guide.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, imagery and the Accessquest brand — is our property or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without written permission. Design documentation prepared for your project becomes yours to use for that property upon final payment; we retain the right to reference the design in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from website use is limited to the resupply of the relevant service or the cost of resupply. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.
